    Dr. Svetoslav Tsenov is a Director of Astellas for Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.
    He is a business leader with more than 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    He has taken different senior positions in Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe in marketing, medical, market access, government affairs and general management roles in multinational companies.
    Dr. Svetoslav Tsenov has graduated Medicine from the Medical University of Sofia, followed by a Master Degree in Finance.

    Rozalina Kulaksazova graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical Academy in Sofia with a Master thesis. She obtained a speciality in Clinical Pharmacy as a post-graduate study. In 1987 after a competition, Rozalina Kulaksazova joint the Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms Section at the Chemical Pharmaceutical Research Institute in Sofia as a research associate and worked in the field of parenteral dosage forms. In 1999 Rozalina Kulaksazova joint the Bulgarian Drug Agency where currently she holds the position of Director of Drug Information and Non-interventional Studies Department. Her main responsibilities are focused on product information of centrally authorised medicinal products and related issues, and evaluation of post‑authorisation studies. Currently Rozalina Kulaksazova is a member of the Committee for Advanced Therapies (CAT) at the European Medicines Agency. As a member of CAT she has been involved in the ATMPs classification procedure. Rozalina Kulaksazova has been invited to deliver presentations in her field at different international regulatory and professional forums – in London, Berlin, Shanghai , etc.

    Deyan Denev Director Association of Research-based Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Bulgaria (ARPharM Bulgaria)

    Deyan Denev is heading the Association of Research-based Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in Bulgaria since October 2003. He has a legal education from Sofia University and is an expert in pharmaceutical legislation and pharmaceutical policy. As Director of the association he is leading the advocacy activities of R&D pharmaceutical industry in Bulgaria on key issues regarding pharmaceutical policy, regulatory environment, intellectual property, pharmaceutical market development. 
    He was a member of the Supervisory Board of the National Health Insurance Fund on behalf of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria from January 2014 to January 2015. 
    Between 2008 and 2013 he was a representative of the pharmaceutical industry in the Transparency Commission, which is an appeal body for all piecing and reimbursement decisions in Bulgaria. He is a co-chair of the Central and Eastern European Task Force of EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations). 
    In 2019 Mr. Denev is chairing the Bulgarian Medicines Verification Organization.
