  • Geori Kirilov

    Geori Kirilov FCCA CF

    Georgi is a fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a Corporate Finance (CF) qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is also part of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), the US business valuation institution. Georgi has significant professional experience in accounting, consulting and corporate finance areas, and he has worked for many years in London and Geneva, prior to returning to Bulgaria at the end of 2005, where he spent three years in the Financial Advisory Services of Deloitte Bulgaria leading due diligence, valuation, and buy and sell side advisory engagements for major international and Bulgarian clients such as EON, KBC Bank, Magyar Telecom, BTC, BBB Group, Business Park Sofia, OCK, Gorubso Madan etc. Georgi delivers the following courses: Financial Management and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Finance for Non-Finance Professionals, Performance Management, Budgeting and Excel. He has extensive international teaching experience in the UK, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania and Greece. Georgi specialises in corporate finance, performance management and financial management. He is teaching ACCA (F2, F3, F5, F9, P3, P4 and P5), CIMA (F3, ICS Management Level), CISI/ ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification.

    Ivelina Cherneva senior associate, Dinova Rusev & Partners law office

    Ivelina Cherneva is a senior associate with Dinova Rusev & Partners law office. She started her career in the company in 2007. Throughout the years Ivelina has gathered extensive experience in different internal corporate restructurings, she has managed procedures of mergers and acquisitions of independent entities as well as analysis of potential anti – competition effect. Ivelina has lead the preparation and delivery of official notices submitted to the Commission for Protection of Competition regarding expected concentration of companies. She is skilled in business consulting and has worked on various large projects for building marketing strategies and performing activities related to competition law and risk evaluation in this context. Ivelina is an expert also in Consumer protection law. She has specialized in Food production law. She took part in the trainings of Summer Academy in Global Food Law and Policy, Spain, 2013.

    ZLATINA MIHAYLOVA Organisational Development Manager

    Zlatina is the Organisational Development Manager for Denkstatt Group (in Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Rumania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain). Some of the offices have long history, others are just starting to grow. Currently the company is opening new representatives by finding the suitable local manager with consultant business in the area of sustainable development. This is the way they do it in Bulgaria. Zlatina ’s role is to take care of managing people processеs and sharing knowledge. She makes sure that the company is growing in the most efficient way. Zlatina is helping her clients and colleges achieve sustainable results and assures that everything is going in the right direction. She has extensive experience accumulated in Deloitte Bulgaria and has also worked for training companies. She is constantly updating her expertise in the dynamic fields of human resources, social psychology and leadership.

    Atanas Mihaylov AAL WOLF THEISS

    Atanas is a Senior Associate at Wolf Theiss Bulgaria. His skills and experience are concentrated in three main directions: transaction tax planning, acquisition and disposals of energy projects and real estate projects development. In the field of transaction tax planning he advises multinational and domestic clients in every step in the transaction process: pre-deal negotiations, due diligence, structuring of the transaction (corporate income tax, VAT, real estate tax), structuring of the acquisition vehicle, contracts negotiations. In the area of energy business, he is involved in the acquisition, development and sale of energy projects (and in particular oil & gas projects and renewable energy projects) with a focus at zoning/planning, construction and environmental regulations, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, subcontractor agreements, tax advice, assets & share purchase agreements and due diligence. His experience in the development of real estate projects includes advising on property rights acquisition, land use and permitting, technical infrastructure issues, construction, environmental regulations, commercial leasing and asset management, financing and sale documentation, and tax planning through out the investment life cycle of the real estate project (acquisition, exploitation period and exit).

Business Simulation*
The date is not fixed. It will be tailored by the participants' availabilities.
2 days’ interactive training game that you will find out what are the links and interdependencies between operations and production, strategic decisions and marketing, planning and reporting of financial results. 
For 2 days you will be able to work in a team with other participants and compete for market share in real business environment. Following realistic processes and market rules you will have to negotiate with suppliers and customers, plan production capacity, hire or dismiss staff. You will develop new products, invest in advertising and sales.
By the end of the game you will be able to assess the performance of your company with confidence and competence – you will know whether the decisions taken were right or wrong and how you could ensure the sustainability of your business model.

* The business simulation game is part of the package for the participants that have chosen to аttend the whole course.
