Organizers: Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, Association of commercial building owners in Bulgaria and ICT Media

The Road Show 2017 Competitive Economy by Stimulating the Partnership Between the Local Authorities and the Business, started with a pilot project in Ruse in September 2016. Executives from the Municipality, the local university and the business discussed the inextricable connection between the Municipality, business and education, and the opportunities for stimulating the region’s development. Shown was a need to work towards qualified personnel development throughout the country, whose absence has been identified as a major deterrent to all industries. Emphasis was placed on the importance of solving the problem of cadres and providing attractive working environment with a new generation of buildings because valuable staff expect convenient, flexible and modern working environment.
The Project aims: 
The project Road Show 2017 Competitive economy by Stimulating the Partnership Between the Local Authorities and the Business plans to organize discussions in the country to create conditions for regional development by improvement of the local business climate. 
Object of the discussions will be topics like finding suitable staff by collaboration with local universities, providing preferential conditions for investment in modern business buildings in the region and improving the conditions for collaboration between the local authorities, universities and business. 

 Target cities in 2017:
  • Burgas (30 March 2017)
    Sofia (30 May 2017)
    Varna (19 September 2017)

Format: VIP business lunch:

The discussion in all of the above mentioned target cities will be VIP business lunch in a pleasant business environment.

    * Directors of the specialized schools in the region;
    * Local businesses – executive directors of the big companies in the region;

Master of "International Economic Relations" at the Universiyt of National and World Economy, Master of Business Administration at the Institut de la Francophonie pour l’Administration et la Gestion, General Manager of Grand Hotel Varna Resort & Spa – 2001 – 2013. Municipal Councilor and Deputy – Chairman of the Municipal Council Varna – October 2011 – June 2013.

  • Tanya Koseva-Boshova

    Tanya Koseva-Boshova Chairperson of the Managing Board, Association of the Commercial Buildings Owners in Bulgaria

    Tanya Kosseva-Boshova has 15 years of experience on the Bulgarian commercial property market. She acted as partner and managing director of the largest and most successful property companies in the country – Colliers International, Landmark Property Bulgaria and European Trade Center. 2009 - 2014 and again as of July 2016 until now - Managing Director of European Trade Center. During this period she is involved in the development of projects in Sofia (office project European Trade Center) and Burgas (shopping center Burgas Plaza). Prior to joining European Trade Center, Tanya was Executive director at Landmark Property, has been working in Colliers International for 8 years, including 4 years as Managing Director of the Bulgarian office. In 2007, successfully initiated and accomplished an amendment in the Bulgarian legislation, abolishing restriction on the term of leases in Bulgaria. Tanya Kosseva-Boshova is the chairperson of the Board of Directors of Ladies` Forum - a nonprofit organization of professional women in Bulgaria. She is a graduate of the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in Applied Economics and Business Administration.

    Mr. Stanimir Nikolov was appointed for Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association in March 2017. This comes as a natural continuation of his active involvement as a Board Member for in the association for two years. Since September 2014 Mr. Stanimir Nikolov has been the Managing Director of EPAM Systems Bulgaria, a global leader in the software engineering industry. His professional path includes senior management positions in Concentrix and IBM. Mr. Nikolov’s background and experience in the BPO and ITO industry are a valuable asset for the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, aligning with its mission and vision for a leading role of the sector in the country’s economy, to guarantee its growth, reliability and corporate social responsibility.

    Stefan Bumov Chief Operations Officer, HeleCloud

    Stefan Bumov is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at HeleCloud. Prior to the founding of HeleCloud he was General Manager of Sofica Group, now TeleTech, for Bulgaria and Macedonia and Vice President Operations, CEE for TeleTech Holdings Inc. and a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Sofica he held senior positions in HP, including Sales Manager for Bulgaria and Sales Strategy and Development Manager for CEE, the Middle East and Africa. Stefan Bumov is Co-Founder and Former Chairman of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association.
  • Eng. Plamen Andreev

    Eng. Plamen Andreev Manager, Planex Holding

    Eng. Plamen Andreev is co-owner and manager of Planex Holding. He completed his secondary school studies in the Civil Engineering Secondary School in Varna and continued in the Higher Military Civil Engineering School in Sofia, to complete it with a diploma with specialty in Industrial and Civil Engineering Constructions. Since 1982 to 1990 he gained experience in his employment in the military section of Civil Engineering. In 1990 he founded the sole trader company (i.e. ET in Bulgarian) Planex – Plamen Andreev. Since 1993 Mr. Andreev is associate in the company Planex Ltd. Since 2002 Mr. Andreev is manager of Planex Holding.
